Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. seeks an HR Administrator to support onboarding, employee services, claims administration and HR operations. You will handle onboarding/offboarding and update personal records while ensuring smooth HR service delivery.

The role requires a Diploma in HR or related field or A-level with at least one year of relevant experience; location is Hillview, Singapore, with a salary of SGD 2,500–3,200 and a contract until January 2029.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or relevant discipline or A-level with at least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• In charge for the onboarding and offboarding of staff.
• Process applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees.
• Update employees' personal particulars.
• Manage employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
