Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or staffing.
• Familiar with HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll and HR practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, transfers and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration and attendance tracking.
• Support employee relations and respond to HR queries.
• Ensure HR practices comply with laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with managers on manpower and employee movements.
• Assist in engagement activities, performance management and retention.
• Prepare HR reports, update databases and maintain records.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.
