Job summary

PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Asset Coordinator to support IT project coordination and asset management tasks in Singapore. You will prepare weekly/monthly reports, track asset movement, maintain AMS, and ensure documents are accurate and confidential.

You will work closely with engineers, act as the point of contact for asset reconciliation with customers, and handle basic troubleshooting to keep assets in working condition within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field required.
• Min 2 years of experience in IT project coordination and IT support a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Keep track of IT asset movement and update the tracker and AMS.
• Ensure the soft copy forms are sent to required parties within the timeline.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Follow up with engineers to ensure all forms and assets are in place.
• Serve as the point of contact for asset reconciliation with the customer.
• Return reclaimed assets to the customer on a weekly basis.
• Basic troubleshooting for assets to ensure they are in working condition.
