Job summary

HCL Singapore Pte Limited is seeking an Analyst (Support & Operations) to monitor and manage scheduled batch jobs, provide incident response, and support deployments in a fast-paced environment. You will handle access controls, data centre tasks, and daily operational checks while following security and compliance guidelines.

The role requires 0–2 years in IT operations or related fields, with basic UNIX/Linux and job scheduling knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT operations or support; fresh graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute scheduled jobs (Control-M), including batch and end-of-day processes.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate job failures per SOP.
• Perform initial incident response and escalate to L2 teams.
• Support deployments, migrations, and readiness checks.
• Handle tape operations and reconciliation.
• Manage access/password requests via PALMS (privileged access).
• Perform basic UNIX/Linux checks and use PuTTY/WinSCP.
• Support SWIFT-related operational activities and daily checks.
• Carry out Data Centre operations, access control, monitoring, compliance.
• Maintain logs, reports and documentation; ensure security/audit/compliance.
