Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT assistant to support an office relocation and new office setup. You will set up and dismantle desktops, configure laptops, printers and AV systems, and provide hands‑on user support during the move.

The six‑week contract runs 17 August to 30 September 2026, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, with occasional weekend work during the relocation period. No experience required; Higher NITEC or IT Diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC (IT) or IT Diploma required.
• Basic desktop support knowledge in dismantling desktops, connecting Wi‑Fi, printer, router.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle desktop PCs, monitors, TVs and related equipment.
• Disconnect workstations before the move, then reconnect them at the new office.
• Configure laptops with peripherals and test systems for move readiness.
• Set up printers and meeting room AV systems.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues (Outlook, Teams, Wi-Fi).
• Liaise with vendors during the office move.
• Tag assets and reconcile inventory records.
• Provide hands-on user support after relocation.
• Manage cabling and test each workstation for smooth operation.
• Work weekends during the move if required.
