SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is hiring for an IT Technical Services role in Singapore, focusing on software maintenance, hardware support, and network troubleshooting.

The position is a 1-year contract with renewal possibilities, offering a salary up to SGD 3,500 plus a 1-month completion bonus and SGD 400 wellness benefits. The role requires health clearance, familiarity with Windows OS and business software, and ability to support office networks including VPN connectivity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; minimum two years IT service experience.
• Familiar with Windows operating systems, printers, and computer hardware (desktops, laptops).
• Able to diagnose network issues and support Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless, and VPN connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Software Technical Services: maintain and upgrade Windows OS; install and update office and business software; provide user guidance and basic training; install antivirus and remove threats.
• Hardware Maintenance Content: install/diagnose hardware, configure networks, install drivers, and assist in repairs and upkeep.
• Network Issues: manage terminal connections, troubleshoot network problems, support office network, shared drives, wireless, and VPN.
• Helpdesk Service Content: handle tickets from Call Center and complete tasks per client arrangements.
