Job summary

FLOERGER (S.E.A.) PTE LTD is seeking a Temporary IT Support Executive to provide first-level technical support during a 3-month contract period. You will assist with system and data migration for employees and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

The successful candidate should be well-versed with system and data migration, responsive, and comfortable troubleshooting common hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Department with system and data migration.
• Provide first-level IT support to users in person.
• Troubleshoot issues involving Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, and network connectivity.
• Perform basic setup and configuration of laptops, email on mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Prepare, setup and maintain basic IT documentation.
• Follow IT security, access-control, and company policies.
• Support other ad-hoc IT tasks and projects as required.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist IT Department with system and data migration.
• Provide first-level IT support to users in person.
• Troubleshoot common issues involving:

• Windows PCs/laptops
• Microsoft 365 / Office applications
• Printers and peripherals
• Network and Wi-Fi connectivity
• User accounts, passwords, and access issues

• Perform basic setup and configuration of laptops, email setup for mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Prepare, setup and maintain basic IT documentation.
• Follow IT security, access-control, and company policies.
• Support other ad-hoc IT tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or IT Support is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365.
• Good basic understanding of networking, hardware, printers, and user account management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work independently.

Employment Information

• Employment Period: 3 months subject to extension depending on Business’s requirements.
• Office Location: Buona Vista
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Expected Salary: S$3,000-3,300/month, depending on candidate’s experience and technical skills.
