Job summary

Solverminds is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead corporate IT operations in Singapore, support enterprise technology engagements, and manage critical technology incidents with strong Microsoft 365, infrastructure, and cybersecurity expertise.

The role involves governance of IT policies, identity management, data protection, and coordination with global teams and customers. You will engage with CIOs and IT managers to drive secure, reliable IT services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID).
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise tech environments.
Experience coordinating IT teams, vendors, and external service providers.

Responsibilities

Lead corporate IT operations in Singapore.
Administer Microsoft 365 suite and Entra ID to ensure operational excellence.
Develop and enforce IT policies, access controls, and data protection measures.
Manage IT assets, licenses, endpoint security, and vendor relationships.
Identify improvements in collaboration tools and IT processes to boost productivity.
Coordinate and oversee Chennai-based IT teams for delivery while governing Singapore IT.
