Job summary

Crown Worldwide Singapore is seeking an IT Manager to ensure stability, security, and effectiveness of the IT environment across Singapore operations. You will partner with business leaders, oversee infrastructure, end-user support, cybersecurity, vendor management, and projects driving growth and operational excellence.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with stakeholder engagement to deliver reliable IT services, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure and support experience.
• 2+ years in IT leadership or management.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions and stakeholders.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations across Singapore offices, ensuring availability and security.
• Lead end-user support and service delivery with SLAs.
• Implement cybersecurity policies, controls, and audits.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT budgeting.
• Drive digital transformation and project delivery locally.
• Partner with regional teams and leadership to translate requirements.
