Job summary

Solverminds in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead corporate IT operations, support enterprise customer technology engagements, and manage critical technology incidents with strong Microsoft 365, infrastructure, and cybersecurity expertise.

You will oversee MS 365 services, enforce IT policies, and coordinate with regional teams to safeguard information security and seamless service delivery for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration expertise including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity and enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Azure, IAM, endpoint security, and IT governance practices.
• Experience coordinating IT teams, vendors and external service providers.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder discussions and presentations.
• Proven ability to manage responsibilities, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and handle escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate IT operations for the Singapore office, ensuring secure, reliable technology services.
• Administer MS 365 services including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID to maintain operational excellence.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, user access controls, identity management, MFA and data protection.
• Manage IT assets, software licensing, endpoint security, backups, and vendor relationships.
• Identify and implement improvements in collaboration tools, document management, workflow automation, and IT processes.
• Coordinate and oversee Chennai-based IT teams for technical execution while maintaining Singapore governance.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices, compliance readiness, and operational controls are applied.
• Engage in technology reviews and discussions with enterprise customers, communicating with IT Managers, CIOs and cybersecurity teams.
• Support cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT architecture, hosting environments, cybersecurity, data protection, integrations and governance discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical information and resolve customer queries.
• Assist in customer IT assessments, security questionnaires, and technology-related proposal discussions.
• Present complex technical information clearly with practical business insights.
• Coordinate and manage critical technology incidents and customer escalations to timely resolution.
