Job summary

MCI Career Services is seeking an IT Administrator to oversee our IT infrastructure, provide end-user support, and manage servers, security, and enterprise software. The role involves coordinating with departments to meet technology needs and ensuring data integrity.

The ideal candidate has IT qualifications with hands-on experience in ERP systems and Microsoft 365, plus ability to work with vendors and implement IT policies. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in IT with 3–5 years related work experience.
• Experience managing servers and firewalls; setup laptops for new hires; troubleshoot laptops.
• Experience in ERP systems or stock inventory (AutoCount ERP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users for computer systems, hardware and software.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop and laptop hardware and software.
• Manage external vendors for IT support across departments and issues.
• Setup and manage firewall.
• Manage servers, Office 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint for the company.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures and controls for data security.
• Collaborate with departments to identify tech needs and develop solutions.
• Provide regular reports on IT projects and overall tech health.
