Job summary

Responsibilities include governance, cost management, vendor engagements, and ensuring security and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum seven years of project management experience in IT infrastructure delivery.
• Familiarity with government procurement and vendor management is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-vendor infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead, deliver, and maintain infrastructure projects within time, scope, and cost parameters.
• Plan schedules, quality plans, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Manage project financials with accurate cost and revenue forecasting.
• Oversee hardware, software, and system integration activities, including migrations and testing.
• Report updates to senior management and customers; ensure compliance with standards.
