Job summary

NCS is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Management Intern to support planning, coordination and delivery of large infrastructure initiatives in Singapore. You will work under experienced Project Managers, learning end‑to‑end project management from initiation to handover.

You will gain hands‑on experience across the full lifecycle, coordinating with engineers, operations, vendors and customers while developing documentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Technical Skills - Microsoft Office Proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; knowledge of Excel functions is an advantage.
• Basic IT Infrastructure Knowledge - Basic understanding of computer networks, Wi‑Fi, switches, access points, and IT hardware.
• Documentation and Data Management - Able to maintain project documentation and work accurately with spreadsheets and records.

Responsibilities

• The IT Infrastructure Project Management Intern will support planning, coordination, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects.
• Gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Develop skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, documentation, and deployment.
• Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules, deployment activities, and timelines.
• Coordinate with schools, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Maintain and update project trackers, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Consolidate and verify IT asset inventories, site survey data, and deployment records.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and closure documents.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and actions to ensure timely completion.
• Support project monitoring by tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation items.
• Participate in project meetings and gain exposure to governance, reporting, and change management.
• Assist with project closure activities, including documentation and handover to operations.
• Perform other project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
