Job summary

NCS is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects across APAC. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating IT operations, vendors, and cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate brings public sector experience in Singapore, PMP/CITPM certification, and proven leadership with strong communication and change-management abilities.

Qualifications

• Has project management experience in public sector Singapore or similar.
• Possesses strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication skills across remote teams.
• Able to adapt to multiple projects and high-pressure environments.
• Proven negotiation skills for change control and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, deliver and maintain projects within time, scope and cost.
• Plan schedules, quality plans, budgets and risk plans.
• Manage scope, budget and risk; resolve scope-related issues.
• Oversee integration of hardware, software, and processes.
• Monitor finances and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources across teams to maximize productivity.
