Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate schedules, budgets, issues, and risks for IT infrastructure projects. You will balance stakeholder communication, documentation, and progress reporting to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in IT/CS, 3 years of project administration experience, and strong English communication. Local travel to customer sites is expected, with a practical, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Three years of project administration experience in IT infrastructure development, implementation, or support.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel locally to customer sites as required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, issues, and risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and submit project plans and reports for review and approval by project management.
• Maintain up-to-date project information including progress, tasks, deliverables, and financial tracking.
• Assist the Project Manager in communication, order processing, and workstream coordination.
• Lead assigned project tasks independently with accountability and dependability.
• Support the execution of IT infrastructure projects across different workstreams.
