Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking an Executive, IT Infrastructure to oversee the company’s IT infrastructure and facilities, ensuring reliable server, network, and desktop support. You will set up equipment, install software, and address inquiries with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

The role requires strong networking and cloud experience, VMware, and backup solutions like Veeam, with the ability to work independently or within a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field; college degree may be waived with extensive experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, Office 365, Active Directory, WSUS and firewall solutions.
• Experience supporting Windows servers, SAN storage, and VMware environments.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and backup apps like Veeam.
• Ability to work independently or in a team in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer user inquiries regarding software or hardware to resolve problems.
• Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations, availability and performance.
• Set up equipment for employee use and install cables and software.
• Install and repair hardware, software per specifications.
• Maintain records of data transactions, problems and remedial actions taken.
• Provide backup support for applications and team members.
• Add and troubleshoot network/standalone printers.
• Provide basic support for IP telephony, video and audio conferencing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
