Job summary

DCI CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an all‑round technology leader to drive enterprise IT strategy, workplace transformation, and cybersecurity compliance. You will direct ITIL‑based support, modernize ITSM with AIOps, and oversee network, security, and governance initiatives across the organisation.

The role requires 3–6 years in ITSM with hands‑on Wintel, EUC, and infrastructure experience. Working location is West Central, Singapore, with vendor management and cross‑functional project

Qualifications

• Advanced diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 3–6 years of IT Service Management experience.
• Hands-on experience in Wintel infrastructure, server room management, and EUC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT strategy, workplace transformation, and cybersecurity compliance across the organisation.
• Direct ITIL-aligned Tier 1–3 support teams and modernize ITSM with AIOps and automated ticketing to reduce MTTR.
• Architect high-availability LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi 6 networks and enforce security controls (NGFW, IPS, ZTNA, DLP).
• Ensure WoG/IM8/ISO 27001 compliance for infrastructure and end-user services.
• Oversee vendor contracts, OpEx/CapEx budgeting, software licensing, and project alignment with risk baselines.
• Lead incident/root-cause analysis and manage external service providers against SLAs.
• Draft IT tender specs (ITQ/RFQ) and manage cross-functional infrastructure projects from planning to deployment.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between technical teams, NRF end-users, and management for status reporting.

Role Overview

An all-rounder technology leader driving enterprise IT strategy, workplace transformation, physical infrastructure, day-to-day IT service management (ITSM), and cybersecurity compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Office IT Transformation & Digital Workplace: Lead enterprise modernization using collaboration platforms, Generative AI (Microsoft Copilot), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), smart office integrations, and SSO/MFA/PAM identity controls.
• Office IT Operations & Service Support: Direct ITIL-aligned Tier 1–3 support teams, modernize ITSM with AIOps and automated ticketing to reduce MTTR, and manage onboarding, offboarding, and asset lifecycles.
• Office Network Architecture & Cybersecurity Operations: Architect high-availability LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi 6 networks; enforce defenses using NGFW, IPS, micro-segmentation, ZTNA, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Security and Compliance: Ensure infrastructure and end-user services comply with Whole-of-Government (WoG) policies, Instruction Manual 8 (IM8), and ISO 27001 standards.
• Governance, Vendor Management & Budgeting: Oversee vendor contracts, manage OpEx/CapEx budgets, ensure software licensing compliance, and align projects with internal risk baselines.
• Incident & Vendor Management: Lead root-cause analysis for complex issues and manage external service providers against target SLAs.
• Procurement & Project Management: Draft government tender specifications (ITQ/RFQ/Period Contracts) and manage cross-functional infrastructure projects from planning through deployment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical bridge between technical teams, NRF end-users, and management for status reporting and guidance.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

• Advanced diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 3–6 years of IT Service Management experience. Hands‑on experience in Wintel infrastructure, server room management, and EUC systems.

Technical Skills

End-User Computing Skills

• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Intune, SCCM, WSUS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (SSO/MFA), and enterprise AI tools.

Infrastructure & Networking Skills

• Experience in server room operations (racking, power/cooling), virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), LAN/WAN architecture, firewalls, ZTNA, and syslog monitoring.

Personal Qualities

• All‑rounder capability balancing high‑level strategic planning with hands‑on troubleshooting in server and network environments.

Good to Have

• ITIL, Network+/CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or PMP certifications. Prior public sector experience (WoG/IM8) is advantageous.
