Job summary

ACCORD INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise IT infrastructure and digital workplace initiatives.

You will collaborate with technical teams, vendors and business users to maintain secure and reliable IT services while driving workplace transformation. The role requires hands-on experience across Wintel, Intune/365/Entra ID, SSO/MFA, and ITIL-based ITSM.

Qualifications

• Advanced IT education or equivalent with focus on IT infrastructure and security.
• Experience in IT service management and ITIL-aligned processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead office IT transformation and digital workplace initiatives involving collaboration platforms, Microsoft Copilot, UEM, smart-office technologies, SSO/MFA and PAM.
• Manage IT operations and ITIL-aligned Tier 1–3 support, ITSM processes, automated ticketing, onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle management.
• Design and manage high-availability LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure and security controls.
• Support enterprise security technologies including NGFW, IPS, micro-segmentation, ZTNA and DLP.
• Ensure infrastructure and end-user services comply with government policies, IM8 and ISO 27001.
• Manage vendors, contracts, software licensing and infra-related OPEX/CAPEX.
• Lead incident management and root-cause analysis for complex infra issues.
• Prepare technical specifications and procurement documents (ITQ, RFQ, contracts).
• Manage infra projects from requirements through deployment.
• Act as technical bridge between infra teams, end users and management.
• Maintain infra documentation and service-management records.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to support a client engagement in Singapore. The role is suited to an all-round infrastructure professional with experience across enterprise IT infrastructure, end-user computing, workplace transformation, networking, IT service management and cybersecurity.

The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, business users, vendors and management to maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure while supporting workplace transformation and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead office IT transformation and digital workplace initiatives involving collaboration platforms, Microsoft Copilot, Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), smart-office technologies, SSO/MFA and Privileged Access Management (PAM).


• Manage IT operations and ITIL-aligned Tier 1–3 support, ITSM processes, automated ticketing, onboarding/offboarding and IT asset lifecycle management.


• Design and manage high-availability LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure and associated security controls.


• Support enterprise security technologies including NGFW, IPS, micro-segmentation, ZTNA and DLP.


• Ensure infrastructure and end-user services comply with applicable government policies, IM8 and ISO 27001 requirements.


• Manage technology vendors, contracts, software licensing and infrastructure-related operational expenditure and capital expenditure.


• Lead incident management, vendor coordination and root-cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues.


• Prepare technical specifications and documentation for IT procurement activities, including ITQ, RFQ and period contracts.


• Manage infrastructure projects from requirements gathering and planning through implementation and deployment.


• Act as a technical bridge between infrastructure teams, end users and management.


• Maintain infrastructure documentation, operational procedures and service-management records.

Key Requirements

Education

• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.


• Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.

Experience

• 3–6 years of relevant IT Service Management / IT Infrastructure experience.


• Hands-on experience with Wintel infrastructure, server-room operations and End User Computing (EUC).


• Experience administering Windows 10/11 environments.


• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, WSUS, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.


• Practical experience with SSO/MFA and enterprise endpoint management.


• Experience with server-room operations and infrastructure management.


• Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V virtualization environments.


• Experience with LAN/WAN networking, firewalls and network security technologies.


• Familiarity with ZTNA and syslog/monitoring solutions.


• Experience managing vendors and supporting IT infrastructure projects.


• Understanding of ITIL-based service management and incident/problem management.


• Experience in government, regulated or enterprise environments will be an advantage.
