Job summary

ARVATO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced APAC IT Infrastructure leader to guide a multi-location team, align strategy with business goals, and drive reliable, scalable IT services across end-user computing, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.

You will oversee governance, modernization initiatives, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication).
• CCNA or MCITP accreditation preferred.
• Experience in Azure, Amazon and/or Alibaba cloud hosting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Identity Management.
• Hands-on enterprise network infrastructure experience (Cisco, routing, wireless, SD-WAN, Fortinet).
• Experience with virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery.
• Strong cybersecurity and data protection knowledge.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

About the role

Lead and manage the APAC IT Infrastructure team across multiple locations, providing strategic direction, resource planning, coaching, performance management, and capability development. Own the overall availability, performance, and reliability of IT infrastructure services throughout APAC, including end-user computing, laptops, workplace technology, network services, Wi-Fi, server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and site IT operations. Provide innovative and cost-effective IT solutions to meet business objectives and timeline, continually evaluate solution approaches and risks and make improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the APAC IT Infrastructure team across multiple locations, providing strategic direction, resource planning, coaching, performance management, and capability development
• Own the overall availability, performance, and reliability of IT infrastructure services throughout APAC, including end-user computing, laptops, workplace technology, network services, Wi-Fi, server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and site IT operations
• Provide technical leadership and governance for regional network infrastructure, including Cisco switching, routing, wireless technologies, SD-WAN, and Fortinet security platforms. Ensure network architectures are secure, scalable, and aligned with business and compliance requirements
• Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives while ensuring operational stability and minimizing business disruption during implementation activities
• Establish and enforce IT best practices, standards, policies, and procedures to safeguard enterprise systems, data, and information assets
• Ensure compliance with corporate security requirements, audit controls, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory obligations
• Lead regional infrastructure projects from assessment, design, budgeting, procurement, implementation, go-live, operational handover, contract renewal, and decommissioning
• Manage vendor relationships, service providers, licenses, and infrastructure budgets to maximize value and operational effectiveness

About you

• Minimum 7 years of working experience managing IT Network Infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)
• Professional accreditation i.e., CCNA or MCITP, etc. is preferred
• Experience in Azure, Amazon and/or Alibaba cloud hosting
• Technical understanding of Server & Client platforms, including deployment, administration, patching, endpoint security, and troubleshooting
• Strong hands‑on experience in enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco switching, routing, wireless, SD‑WAN, Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, network security, WAN/LAN connectivity, and network troubleshooting
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Identity Management
• Experience with virtualization technologies, storage platforms, backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, infrastructure compliance, and data protection requirements
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation, and operational process improvement.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
