Job summary

Arvato Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a senior IT Infrastructure leader to drive APAC operations, spanning end-user computing, servers, cloud platforms, networks and security across multiple locations.

You will shape strategy, mentor teams, govern network and data protection, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and deliver reliable, cost-effective IT services aligned with business goals. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Network Infrastructure management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication).
• CCNA or MCITP or equivalent accreditation preferred.
• Experience with Azure, AWS and/or Alibaba Cloud hosting.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO and Identity Management.
• Hands-on enterprise network experience: Cisco switching/routing, wireless, SD-WAN, VPNs, security.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance and data protection requirements.
• PowerShell scripting, automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the APAC IT Infrastructure team across multiple locations.
• Own availability, performance, and reliability of IT infrastructure services across APAC.
• Provide governance for regional network infrastructure incl. Cisco, SD-WAN, Fortinet security.
• Drive modernization initiatives while maintaining stability and minimizing disruption.
• Establish IT best practices, standards, policies, and procedures for enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements, audit controls and regulatory obligations.
• Lead regional infrastructure projects from assessment to decommissioning.
• Manage vendor relationships, licenses, and budgets to maximize value.
