MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, tracking, and administrative activities for IT projects in a large-scale environment. Candidates with no experience are invited to apply.

You will coordinate daily project activities, track milestones, prepare reports, and assist with scheduling and governance documentation, working with IT engineers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Information Systems.
• Project Management Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and support project execution.
• Track project progress, action items, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support project scheduling, meeting coordination, and resource planning.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines and highlighting potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders on project matters.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, approvals, and action items.
• Arrange project meetings, workshops, and discussions.
• Prepare meeting agenda, presentation materials, and minutes of meeting (MOM).
• Track meeting action items and ensure timely follow‑up.
