Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Process purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders.
• Manage and track sales transactions and documentation.
• Respond to customer enquiries and solve order issues or product‑related questions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders, delivery, and billing flow smoothly.
• Help prepare reports, sales documents, and assist with tender submissions.
• Meet customers for presentations or attend customer/vendor events.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
