Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Applications Support professional in Singapore to provide 1st/2nd line maintenance for printers, servers, desktops and in-house apps in a hospitality setting. The role focuses on uptime, prompt helpdesk support, and documentation.

Applicants should have a Higher Nitec or Diploma in CS/IT, 2 years of desktop support experience, and familiarity with ITSM/ServiceNow, Windows Server, Google Apps, MDM, ChromeOS, SQL databases and basic web tech

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Computer Science/IT-related disciplines.

Mansioni

• Provide 1st and/or 2nd level maintenance support to printers, local servers, desktop support, Android devices, and in-house operation programs.
• System accounts administration, computer/Android mobile setup & configuration.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure operational uptime/excellence, optimization and integrity of IT systems and network infrastructure.
• Provide prompt helpdesk and technical support, training and systems/software documentation.
• Liaise with frontline colleagues, customers, end users, management, external consultants and vendors to define user systems requirements and provide functional specifications.
• Support team to roll-out application enhancements in mobile/PC environments and ensure QA/testing before production go-live.
