Job summary

Ultra Clean Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems. The role includes troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, OS/software provisioning, user account management, and IT security compliance.

You will also manage printers, network devices, and peripheral systems, while delivering user training and maintaining clear documentation for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Organized and meticulous with good coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Office 365, Windows 10/11, and server OS.
• Experience with desktop/laptop hardware.
• Experience supporting networked printers and multifunction devices.
• Barcode printer setup and label design is a plus.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LANs, data backup, and print server.
• Basic knowledge of VOIP, Ethernet cabling, NAS/SAN, and ethernet networks.
• Customer oriented with a positive attitude; able to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to local and global users for hardware, software, networks and IT systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems using proper tools and methods.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and update OS, software, and drivers as needed.
• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts; manage access control.
• Assist in setup and maintenance of LANs, WANs, and network components.
• Manage door access, CCTV, and time clock systems.
• Support tasks and projects assigned by local and corporate teams.
• Document IT systems, procedures and configurations; share knowledge with users.
• Conduct training sessions and educate users on IT best practices and security.
• Liaise with vendors to procure hardware/software and coordinate support.
• Propose and implement IT improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets with timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy and service standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive user experience.
