Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain hardware including PCs, printers, scanners, phones, and network devices.
• Deliver first‑level IT support for hardware, software, email, and network issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, replacement, and warranty claims.
• Monitor and troubleshoot basic network connectivity (Wi‑Fi, LAN, routers, modems).
• Maintain updated IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Support onboarding and offboarding with asset preparation and collection.
