Job summary

UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT support staff to provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain network connectivity.

You will configure computers, printers, email accounts and software, manage IT equipment inventory, and perform IT administrative tasks. A Diploma in IT or related field and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant IT qualification.
• Experience in IT support or helpdesk.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking and Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365.
• Able to troubleshoot issues efficiently and work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and general IT issues.
• Support internet, Wi-Fi and network connectivity problems.
• Set up, configure and maintain computers, printers, email accounts and software applications.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Provide IT administrative work.
