IT Experience Designer – Voice of the User

Job summary

Sea is seeking an experienced individual contributor to be the voice of the customer within Corporate IT in Singapore. You will ensure employee and stakeholder experience is considered across IT initiatives, services and transformation projects, guiding concepts through post-launch experiences to ensure intuitive, practical adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, service design, customer/employee experience or related areas.
• Proven track record improving end-to-end journeys involving technology and multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of how enterprise technology services are designed, implemented and operated; engineering depth not required.
• Ability to switch between detailed implementation discussions and executive stakeholder conversations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to uncover underlying user problems.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to challenge teams constructively.
• Comfortable working across organisational boundaries without direct authority.
• Experience using feedback, data, or research to drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as voice of the customer across Corporate IT projects and initiatives.
• Review end-to-end user journeys to identify friction and opportunities to simplify.
• Partner with Corporate IT teams to incorporate user experience in solution design.
• Establish readiness criteria for employee-facing initiatives and provide independent assessments.
• Translate user insights into clear, actionable recommendations spanning process, product, comms, support and adoption.
• Balance user needs with operational feasibility, technical constraints and business priorities.
• Support post-launch reviews to assess adoption and outcomes.
• Foster a stronger user-centric and service-design mindset across Corporate IT.
