Job summary

Singtel in Singapore is seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer to design and optimise seamless, customer-centric digital experiences across channels.

Collaborate with Experience Designers and Researchers to develop intuitive journeys, conduct user research and A/B testing, and ensure design system standards from concept to production. A diploma/degree and 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in digital media or digital product design, UXUI design, or relevant professional work experience.
• 5 years of relevant digital UXUI design/product design (agency/in-house).
• Proficient in UI/UX design, concept ideation and prototyping, with hands-on experience using Figma to create intuitive and user-centric digital experiences.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Keen interest in design and the design community.
• High expectations of quality and accountability.
• Portfolio link will be critical point of consideration. All submissions without portfolio link will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise seamless, customer-centric digital experiences across multiple channels to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders to develop intuitive user journeys and interfaces.
• Conduct and support user research, A/B testing, and data-driven analysis to validate design decisions.
