Qualifications

• Experience designing complex enterprise SaaS platforms and workflows.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX including UX research, flows, IA, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience translating business/operational requirements into effective user experiences.
• Proficient in UI/visual design, typography, layout and interaction design.
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, workshops and co-design sessions.
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems and reusable components.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication to explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity and own outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing intuitive, user-centered designs and a passion for solving complex challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital products and deliver exceptional experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate user workshops, co-design sessions and stakeholder discussions to understand needs and define solutions.
• Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.
• Conduct usability and concept testing, analyse feedback and continuously improve designs.
• Collaborate with product, business, technology, development teams and vendors to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct design handovers, implementation reviews and design quality assurance.
• Maintain design documentation and ensure adherence to established design systems and standards.

Key Requirements

• Experience designing complex enterprise, SaaS, platform or workflow-based digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, including UX research, user flows, information architecture, prototyping and high-fidelity Figma designs.
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and ability to translate complex business, operational and technical requirements into effective user experiences.
• Proficiency in UI/visual design, including typography, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy and interaction design.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, workshops and co-design sessions.
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems, reusable components and interaction patterns.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, business, engineering and delivery teams throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and take ownership of design outcomes.
