Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore Agency is seeking a talented UX/Service Design professional to join the Enterprise Experience Division. You will map and improve enterprise service journeys, focusing on the portal's usability and value for enterprises.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct discovery activities, and lead journey design projects from planning through delivery, while tracking performance and continuously optimizing the user experience to meet enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct discovery activities (interviews, workshops, surveys) to understand needs and pain points of different groups of users and stakeholders.
Design and map enterprise service journeys and user experiences for the enterprise portal.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with the user journey and service design.
Develop and refine user flows for enterprise users to ensure efficient and intuitive processes within the portal.
Identify opportunities for service journey improvements through feedback and performance analysis.
Implement iterative changes based on insights from testing and feedback, optimizing the user experience.
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise journey and service design projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of enterprise journeys using KPIs and relevant metrics, providing actionable insights.
