SEA Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to champion the voice of the customer within Corporate IT. You will ensure employee and stakeholder experience is considered across IT initiatives, services and transformations, from concept through rollout and post-launch.

You will review journeys, identify friction, and partner with teams to embed user experience in design and implementation, shaping an adoption-ready solution.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in product management, service design, customer/employee experience, ITSM, digital transformation, or related area.
• Strong track record of improving end-to-end journeys involving technology, processes and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Good understanding of how enterprise technology services are designed, implemented and operated.

Aufgaben

• Act as the voice of the customer across Corporate IT projects and initiatives, representing employees and stakeholders.
• Review end-to-end user journeys across IT services, systems and processes to identify friction and complexity.
• Partner with Corporate IT teams to embed user experience considerations in solution design and implementation.
• Establish experience-readiness criteria for employee-facing initiatives and provide independent assessment before major rollouts.
• Gather and translate user insights into actionable recommendations covering process, product, communication, support and adoption.
• Balance user needs with operational feasibility, technical constraints and business priorities across multiple groups.
• Support post-launch reviews to assess adoption and whether outcomes are achieved.
• Foster a stronger user-centric and service-design mindset across Corporate IT.
