Job summary

Ocean Grand Seafood Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable IT Operations candidate to maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and security.

Responsibilities include managing servers, networks, and software, as well as handling end-user devices and user accounts. You will provide application and infra support and develop simple troubleshooting checklists to streamline vendor contacts. The role requires practical experience in IT operations, with relevant certifications or degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in IT operation environment with at least a professional certification.
• ITE, poly or degree may apply
• Knowledge in Windows server administration and SQL administration helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure and security: firewalls, switches, servers.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, network appliances and software.
• Manage user accounts and prepare devices for new staff.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our company. Primary role is to maintain the infrastructure and its security; including firewall, switches, and servers.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and software.
• Provide installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop, laptop, network appliances and software.
• Perform user account management and prepare laptop or desktop for new staffs.
• Provide application and infrastructure technical support
• Develop simple trouble shooting checklists for staff to follow before contacting IT department or the vendors.
• Co-ordinate with multiple vendors to ensure that various systems with dependencies are implemented at the same time or in a timely manner.

Security and Compliance.

• Assist in the implementation of IT security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the company's data and systems.
• Ensure all PCs and laptops have up-to-date anti-virus software installed.
• Perform end-user daily data and network backup.
• Perform documentation on IT procedures, system, and network configuration.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 year working experience in IT operation environment with at least a professional certification, ITE, Poly or degree may apply
• Knowledge in MS Windows Servers and MS SQL administration
• Familiar with installation, configuration and administration of supporting systems, servers and network equipment
• Strong analytical with good troubleshooting ability
• Team player with initiative and ability to perform under pressure
• Ensure confidentiality and reliability of data, information, and intellectual property.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
