MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an IT Event Planning & Project Management professional in Singapore to oversee technology solutions for events.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholders, lead technical briefings, and ensure compliance with governance and security policies. Experience with hybrid events and platforms is essential.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing registrations, AV systems, streaming, and on-site/remote support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, IS, BT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT project management or event technology.
• Experience with virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
• Experience managing third-party tech vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, planning, and support of technology solutions for events.
• Advise clients on event tech best practices and digital engagement.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure delivery.
• Lead project meetings, briefs, and post-event reviews.
• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies for tech activities.
• Ensure IT governance, security, and data privacy compliance.
• Configure and support event platforms, registration systems, and mobile apps.
• Coordinate integrations between platforms, CRM, marketing tools, and reporting.
• Oversee AV deployment, streaming, conferencing, networking, and collaboration tools.
• Provide onsite and remote tech support for speakers and attendees.
• Vendor sourcing: evaluate, negotiate, contract tech vendors; manage RFPs and SLAs.
• Budget & financial management: track licenses, vendor costs, and expenditures.
• Data management & reporting: maintain data integrity and generate reports.
