Job summary

IQPC WORLDWIDE PTE LTD is seeking an Event Operations Management professional in Singapore to support executives and manage end-to-end event activities, including in-person and digital campaigns. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the MD, GM and Senior Events Manager in all event management activities.
• Provide support for all events and campaigns (in-person and digital) from pre-event planning to onsite delivery and post-event management.
• Deliver successful events onsite, overseeing setup and related logistics.
• Source, negotiate and manage external vendors necessary for all events.
• Liaise with clients during the event planning process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction (sponsors, delegates, speakers included) by responding to their queries promptly and professionally.
• Provide customers with necessary event information according to the event delivery timeline.
• Assist in administration items for the operations team.
• Assist in customer enquiries and support where needed.
• Work with the CS department on client invoices.
