Event Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale global B2B events, including exhibitions, conferences, keynote speeches, and branded experiences. This role requires proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with international scope, strong familiarity with the technology sector, and hands‑on experience in the Singapore market.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional project management capabilities to deliver world‑class events that drive brand engagement, generate leads, and exceed business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale global events, including exhibitions, conferences, keynote speeches, and other B2B-focused events, from planning through execution.
• Strong experience working with technology brands, with a good understanding of the tech industry, products, and fast‑paced business environments.
• Manage event operations in the Singapore market, working closely with local vendors, venues, and teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with relevant regulations and business culture.
• Independently manage complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables under pressure.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams across markets, working effectively with multicultural teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment of event objectives.

Requirements:
