Biztech Group Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level IT Engineer to join our team in the Paya Lebar East Region. This full-time role focuses on providing top-notch IT support and maintenance for client infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle hardware, software, and network issues, work on CCTV and access control projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IT solutions. Growth opportunities and overseas deployments are available.

Qualifications

1+ year of IT support/engineering experience.
Strong hardware, software and networking knowledge.
Experience with CCTV and door access systems.
Ability to manage IT projects from planning to execution.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications in IT technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and related equipment.
Design and support IT projects including CCTV and access control systems.
Install and troubleshoot CCTV and access control hardware and software.
Monitor and maintain IT system health for optimal uptime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
Liaise with clients to understand technical requirements and provide support.
Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Stay updated with technology trends to provide insights and recommendations.
