Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support/engineering experience.
• Strong hardware, software and networking knowledge.
• Experience with CCTV and door access systems.
• Ability to manage IT projects from planning to execution.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in IT technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Biztech Group Pte Ltd is seeking entry-level IT Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Paya Lebar East Region. As an IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical support and maintenance for our clients' IT infrastructure. What you'll be doing

• Provide comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and related equipment
• Design, implement, and support projects involving IT systems, including CCTV, door access systems, and other security solutions
• Conduct installation and troubleshooting for CCTV systems, access control systems, and related hardware/software
• Proactively monitor and maintain the health and performance of IT systems to ensure optimal uptime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and drive continuous improvement
• Liaise with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide efficient and effective support
• Contribute to the development and documentation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or engineering role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with hardware, software, and networking technologies
• Experience with CCTV systems, door access systems, and related security solutions, including installation and maintenance
• Proven ability to manage and implement IT projects from planning to execution
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlinesProven experience in providing exceptional customer service and support
• Certifications in relevant IT technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) would be an advantage
