Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain campus IT infrastructure across LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewall, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, routing and switching. You will monitor performance and security, and troubleshoot complex issues across servers, virtualization, AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments.

The role includes acting as escalation point for incidents, ensuring readiness for classrooms, labs and examinations, coordinating with vendors,

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• Requires 5-8 years of hands-on IT infrastructure / network / end-user support experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi and firewalls.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Fortinet, Aruba, HPE, Cisco, Huawei or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with endpoint management, monitoring, backup, patching and security tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL, incident/change management or service desk operations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, EduTrust, PDPA or audit/compliance environments is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable supporting after-hours/weekend maintenance, examinations or critical incidents when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with infrastructure projects, system upgrades, network refreshes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
