Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (Crédit Agricole CIB) seeks an End-User Services Engineer in Singapore to drive operational excellence across workstation and end-user services. You will support VIP users, automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate with global teams to ensure service continuity.

The role requires 5–10 years in Windows workstations, SCCM/MECM expertise, and strong PowerShell skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience supporting Windows workstations in a financial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and enterprise mobility concepts.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM deployment tools and PowerShell scripting.
• Excellent VIP user support and professional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality end-user support for Windows workstations and peripherals.
• Support VIP population with rapid responses and efficient resolution.
• Participate in global IT initiatives and liaise with peers and vendors.
• Document runbooks, troubleshoot, and share knowledge with teams.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of end-user services.
• Perform root-cause analysis and participate in incident/problem management.
