This high-impact role focuses on business development, client acquisition, and account management across Southeast Asia. You will build a strong client portfolio, secure new vacancies, and lead end-to-end recruitment from intake through delivery, while maintaining premium customer experience and data integrity in our ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter/sales in the IT industry.
• Commercial Expertise: negotiation, pitching services, and closing contracts.
• Recruitment Proficiency: IT delivery and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Management.
• New Business Acquisition: secure opportunities via existing network, cold outreach, referrals.
• Portfolio Growth: develop active IT/Tech client portfolio.
• Account Leadership: manage client relationship from intake and fee negotiation to expansion.
• Market Strategy: identify high-growth sectors with leadership.
• Revenue Ownership: take accountability for personal billing targets and KPIs.
• Collaboration with Resourcing Team: align with teams for candidate sourcing and pre-screening.
• End-to-End Recruitment: manage lifecycle including interviews and offers.
• Pipeline Management: maintain high-quality candidate pipeline for rapid fulfillment.
• Client Experience: provide premium, consultative service to all clients.
• Data Integrity: track sales and recruitment activity in ATS.
