Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to expand IT staffing and managed services in Singapore. This role targets building new client relationships and expanding opportunities within existing accounts.

You will lead hunter and farmer strategies, develop tailored workforce solutions, and drive revenue growth through proposals, negotiations, and market outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven IT staffing or managed services sales experience.
• Strong network with CIOs/IT leaders in Singapore.
• Ability to build pipeline and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client opportunities for IT contract staffing, project staffing, and managed services.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and hiring managers.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline through networking and market outreach.
• Lead proposal development, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Expand and deepen relationships within existing accounts and drive long-term staffing partnerships.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure fulfilment of staffing and managed services engagements.
