Job summary

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Change Management professional to drive and deliver the change process across production systems. You will assess requests, coordinate CAB meetings, and ensure timely deployment with minimal risk.

You will collaborate with project managers, production support and security specialists, document processes, and provide regular SLA reports. A strong ITIL background and healthcare industry experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS or related field.
• 8–10 years in IT with 3–5 years in operations management including change, incidents and problem management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, ITSM methodologies or Service Delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder relationships and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and document information clearly.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Advisory Board meetings and approve deployment change requests.
• Implement and maintain ITIL standards for change management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess risks and consequences.
• Recommend risk mitigation to reduce business impact.
• Follow up on CAB action items.
• Communicate downtime and completion to stakeholders.
• Maintain change control portal and related templates/SOPs.
• Produce regular SLA/performance reports for ITSM processes.
• Prepare progress reports for initiatives and present as required.
