Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer (Service Management) to manage production change control, assess deployment risks, and ensure seamless system updates for critical infrastructure. The role is a 12-month renewable contract with immediate engagement in enterprise-scale operations.

The candidate should have 8–10 years in IT, 3–5 years in IT Operations/ITSM, and strong ITIL/CAB experience to drive governance, risk mitigation, and process alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in IT with 3–5 years in IT Operations and ITSM (Change, Incident, or Problem Management).
• Strong ITIL standards knowledge and CAB processes experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, risk evaluation, and professional written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Governance: drive CAB meetings and final production approvals.
• Mitigate System Risks: work with PMs, Security, and Production Support to prevent downtime.
• Process Alignment: implement ITIL-standard change management processes and SOPs.
• Stakeholder Reporting: communicate downtime notices and track ITSM metrics and SLAs.
