Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to map project scope, capture requirements, and coordinate across business, technology, legal, risk and supplier stakeholders in a global transformation programme.

The role requires five or more years of BA experience, fluent Japanese for workshops and documentation, and the ability to work across time zones while ensuring traceability from requirements to design, migration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Map project scope, including stakeholders, decision owners, business capabilities, entities, people, sites and operating processes.
• Establish a clear fact base covering capabilities across assets, contracts, licences, systems, services and data.
• Facilitate interviews and workshops with business, technology and external stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Translate business objectives and obligations into clear functional, non-functional, security, data, service and transition requirements.
• Coordinate inventories across applications, data, integrations, identities, infrastructure, networks, cloud, vendors, contracts and licences.
• Map dependencies between services, components, owners, criticality and operational requirements.
• Support option assessments by documenting rationale, impacts, assumptions and decisions.
• Define temporary service requirements, including scope, volumes, controls, SLAs and exit criteria.
• Maintain traceability between approved requirements and design, migration, testing and activation outcomes.
• Develop business scenarios and acceptance criteria, and support reconciliation, testing and evidence capture.

• Facilitate interviews and workshops with business, technology and external stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

• Coordinate inventories across applications, data, integrations, identities, infrastructure, networks, cloud, operational technology, vendors, contracts and licences.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese is required to facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder discussions and documentation with Japanese-speaking business and technology stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience within complex technology or transformation programmes.
• Experience gathering and managing requirements across senior business, technology, legal, risk and supplier stakeholders.
• Experience in process mapping, requirements traceability, inventory analysis, testing and business acceptance.
• Ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams and subject matter.
• Comfortable working across global time zones and supporting major rehearsal, migration, activation and stabilisation activities when required.
