Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to map scope, gather requirements, and drive governance across technology and business teams. You will facilitate workshops with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and translate objectives into actionable requirements.

The role requires at least 5 years in complex programmes, strong process mapping, and stakeholder management across legal, risk and supplier groups with global time-zone coordination.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese is required to facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder discussions and documentation with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience within complex technology or transformation programmes.
• Experience gathering and managing requirements across senior business, technology, legal, risk and supplier stakeholders.
• Experience in process mapping, requirements traceability, inventory analysis, testing and business acceptance.
• Ability to work across both business and technology teams and across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Map project scope, including stakeholders, decision owners, business capabilities, entities, people, sites and operating processes.
• Establish a clear fact base covering capabilities that will move, remain, be shared or require change across assets, contracts, licences, systems, services and data.
• Facilitate interviews and workshops with business, technology and external stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Translate business objectives and commercial obligations into clear functional, non-functional, security, data, service and transition requirements.
• Coordinate inventories across applications, data, integrations, identities, infrastructure, networks, cloud, operational technology, vendors, contracts and licences.
• Map dependencies between services and components, business capabilities, owners, criticality and operational requirements.
• Support option assessments by documenting rationale, impacts, assumptions and decisions.
• Define temporary service requirements, including scope, volumes, controls, service levels, dependencies and exit criteria.
• Maintain traceability between approved requirements and design, migration, testing and activation outcomes.
• Develop business scenarios and acceptance criteria, and support reconciliation, testing and evidence capture.

• Ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams and subject matter.
• Comfortable working across global time zones and supporting major rehearsal, migration, activation and stabilisation activities when required.
