Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to map project scope and establish a fact base covering capabilities, processes and data across assets, contracts, licences and systems.

You will facilitate workshops with business, technology and external stakeholders to translate objectives into clear functional, non-functional, security and data requirements, and maintain traceability through design, migration, testing and activation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese is required to facilitate workshops and documentation with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience within complex technology or transformation programs.
• Experience gathering and managing requirements across senior business, technology, legal, risk and supplier stakeholders.
• Experience in process mapping, requirements traceability, inventory analysis, testing and business acceptance.
• Ability to work across both business and technology teams and across global time zones.

• Coordinate inventories across applications, data, integrations, identities, infrastructure, networks, cloud and vendors.
• Map dependencies between services, capabilities, owners and operational requirements.
• Support option assessments by documenting rationale, impacts, assumptions and decisions.
• Define temporary service requirements including scope, volumes, SLAs, dependencies and exit criteria.
• Maintain traceability between approved requirements and design, migration, testing and activation outcomes.
• Develop business scenarios and acceptance criteria, and support reconciliation, testing and evidence capture.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese is required to facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder discussions and documentation with Japanese-speaking business and technology stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience within complex technology or transformation programmes.
• Experience gathering and managing requirements across senior business, technology, legal, risk and supplier stakeholders.
• Experience in process mapping, requirements traceability, inventory analysis, testing and business acceptance.
• Ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams and subject matter.
• Comfortable working across global time zones and supporting major rehearsal, migration, activation and stabilisation activities when required.
