Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to map project scope, capture requirements, and coordinate across business, technology, and external stakeholders.

You will facilitate interviews and workshops, translate objectives into functional and non-functional requirements, and maintain traceability from requirements to design, testing and activation outcomes, across global time zones.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese for workshops and documentation.
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in complex technology or transformation programmes.
• Experience gathering and managing requirements across senior business, technology, legal, risk and supplier stakeholders.
• Experience in process mapping, requirements traceability, inventory analysis, testing and business acceptance.
• Ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams and across global time zones.

• Map project scope, including stakeholders, decision owners, business capabilities, entities, people, sites and operating processes.
• Establish a clear fact base covering capabilities that will move, remain, be shared or require change across assets, contracts, licences, systems, services and data.
• Facilitate interviews and workshops with business, technology and external stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Translate business objectives and commercial obligations into clear functional, non-functional, security, data, service and transition requirements.
• Coordinate inventories across applications, data, integrations, identities, infrastructure, networks, cloud, operational technology, vendors, contracts and licences.
• Map dependencies between services and components, business capabilities, owners, criticality and operational requirements.
• Support option assessments by documenting rationale, impacts, assumptions and decisions.
• Define temporary service requirements, including scope, volumes, controls, service levels, dependencies and exit criteria.
• Maintain traceability between approved requirements and design, migration, testing and activation outcomes.
• Develop business scenarios and acceptance criteria, and support reconciliation, testing and evidence capture.

Key Requirements

• Experience gathering and managing requirements across senior business, technology, legal, risk and supplier stakeholders.


• Experience in process mapping, requirements traceability, inventory analysis, testing and business acceptance.


• Ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams and subject matter.


• Comfortable working across global time zones and supporting major rehearsal, migration, activation and stabilisation activities when required.
