in Singapore is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to elicit, document and manage requirements for enterprise and digital platform projects. You will translate objectives into user stories, collaborate with stakeholders, and help shape product backlog with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role delivering enterprise or digital platform projects.
• Proven experience delivering requirements for enterprise applications, analytics or data platforms in an agile environment.
• Experience with business process modelling (e.g. BPMN) and tools such as Jira/Confluence or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users and client stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements.
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories, functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to build shared understanding of needs and priorities.
• Map current and future state business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and digitalisation.
• Analyse data to support requirements, validate assumptions and inform product and business decisions, including writing queries where required.
• Work with product owners to build, refine and prioritise the product backlog in line with business value and delivery capacity.
• Partner with engineers, architects and UI/UX designers to shape solutions and ensure requirements are understood and correctly implemented.
• Support agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Define and support user acceptance testing, including test scenarios, coordination of testing and tracking of defects to resolution.
• Prepare clear documentation, including requirement specifications, process documentation, user guides and release notes.
• Manage requirement changes, assess their impact and maintain traceability across the delivery lifecycle.
• Act as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, keeping both aligned throughout delivery.

Job Requirement
