Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking a Business Analyst in Singapore to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support digital solution delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders, align processes with AI and automation opportunities, and assist with UAT, testing and deployment across projects.

You will work with APIs, data flows and system integrations, ensuring clear documentation and effective governance.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in information systems, CS, analytics, engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements and documenting functional specifications.
• Experience with digital solutions, AI, automation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, data flows and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with user stories, process flows and solution diagrams.
• Experience in system testing, UAT, implementation and production support.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline
• 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT solutions or digital technology projects
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and documentation
• Experience with digital solutions, AI, automation or digital transformation projects
• Good understanding of APIs, system integration, data flows and enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with user stories, functional specifications, process flows and solution diagrams
• Experience in system testing, UAT, implementation and production support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with business users, technical teams and external vendors
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues through to resolution
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology, SQL, Power BI or AI/GenAI will be an advantage
