Job summary

OSIM International Pte. Ltd. invites a Business Analyst to drive digital initiatives by gathering business needs and translating them into user stories and system specifications. You will collaborate with core tech teams to address data flows in a retail/CRM context.

You will participate in architecture reviews, data modelling and rigorous testing, while supporting change management and post-launch adoption across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 2–3 years proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with business process modelling and agile documentation tools.
• Practical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows; able to perform SQL queries.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate with technical teams.
• GenAI architecture knowledge and experience in GenAI projects, Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Engage relevant stakeholders and end-users to gather business requirements and translate into technical user stories and specifications.

• Undertake root cause analysis for bottlenecks and propose preventive and corrective actions.
• Support change management, user training, and post-launch adoption of new systems and processes.
• Maintain project documentation and track requirements, decisions and issues through delivery lifecycle.
• Help define and monitor acceptance criteria, UAT plans, and success metrics.

• Participate and actively contribute to technical solutioning, architecture reviews and data modelling alongside internal core tech members.

• Review system testing, integration testing, and data conversion documents to verify that specifications are met.

• Participate in testing and validating new systems and automated processes to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal tech core team and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar digital project deployment role.

• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional analytical, conceptualization, and cross-functional communication skills.

• Strong experience with business process modeling, flowcharting, and agile documentation tools.

• Practical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows, with ability to perform SQL queries for data analysis and verification.

• Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical teams.

• Proven results-oriented person with focus on delivery.

• Understanding of GenAI architecture and best practices, with experience in GenAI projects, Agile/Scrum delivery, Jira, Confluence, and Retail, E-Commerce, or Marketing/CRM systems, will be a plus.
